Augusto, the name under which he signs his works, is a young contemporary Portuguese painter who emerged on the art scene with a unique and unmistakable voice.
He has participated in two group exhibitions in New York at the Van der Plas Gallery, at the Verney Bookstore in Oeiras, and at the Torres Vedras Municipal Gallery. He has also exhibited at art fairs such as the Lisbon Art Fair and Feriarte Marbella. Currently, some of his works are represented by São Rafael Galleries. He is a full-time artist and has managed to find buyers for his works in Portugal, Europe, and the United States, with works in public and private collections.
