ARTIST'S BIOGRAPHY
Born in Barcelona, he lives and works in Rotterdam. His painting is a quest to explore how the landscape is seen, shaped, used, and imagined. Engagement, discoveries, the accessibility of the depicted environment, fantasies, and associations are the main aspects on which he bases his painting and ideas. The fascination with different fashions and appearances can manifest through the senses within an almost dreamlike landscape. Using organic materials and a bold, decisive, and textured paint, he reminds us of one of the most internationally recognized Spanish artists, Miquel Barceló.
