Leather binding, lacking spine strip, boards nearly detached, general marks and scuffs to leather and corners. Front pastedown coming away, small newspaper article laid down, ffep with some pencil notes. First five leaves (including ffep and title) are detached and with some wear to top edges and gutter. Pages collate as complete with both blank leaves. A few very small worming holes to gutter throughout, text unaffected. Light marginal age toning and the odd little mark here and there, otherwise pages are generally clean as shown.
