Description from the seller
"On the Flow" - Original Work on Sheet Music
Discover "On the Flow," an original and unique work by French artist Pascal Manitoba. This creation is an invitation to a dreamlike journey, where music serves as the foundation for a personal mythology rich in colors and marine symbols. The artist unfolds a psychedelic and joyful universe, capturing the movement and energy of life.
The composition is created on a sheet of antique sheet music with burnt edges, giving the work a unique texture and sense of history. At its center, a fish with intricate patterns and vibrant colors (blue, turquoise, fuchsia pink) serves as the vessel for a human figure wearing a pirate or Native American hat, accompanied by a cat. Hearts, flowers, and esoteric symbols (such as the eye) revolve around this scene, creating a kaleidoscope of forms inspired by outsider and shamanic art.
