Enchanting work, oil on canvas measuring 120x100 cm by the painter Carla Horat (1938), titled The Clowns, from 1998, inventory number 28.
The work will be shipped with insurance.
The painter has exhibited in the most important museums and art galleries around the world, including New York, Paris, Tokyo, Venice, Rome, the USA, and others.

Born in Ticino, she graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Verona. Since 1981, she has been a professor of Printmaking Techniques at the Academy of Fine Arts in Palermo. In 1984, she joined the Venetian Engravers Association. In 1985, she was invited to join the Diocesan Commission for Sacred Art of Palermo, and from 1986, she has taught courses and seminars on engraving at the International Center of Graphics in Venice, where she has published numerous portfolios with presentations and critical notes by figures such as Antonello Trombadori, Leonardo Sciascia, Gesualdo Bufalino, and Enrico Baj. She illustrated a poem by Danilo Dolci and a volume of poetry by Giuseppe Messa; additionally, she published two artist books curated by the International Center of Graphics in Venice.
