Helmeted eagle (coat of arms):
Large Prussian eagle with outstretched wings.

On the breastplate is the Prussian coat of arms with the motto "Suum Cuique" ("To each his own") – this is the motto of the High Order of the Black Eagle, thus a sign that this eagle belongs to Prussia.

The wing ribbons bear the inscription: “With God for King and Fatherland” – a classic motto of the Prussian army.
All of this is typical for the regular Prussian line infantry, so not a reserve, Landwehr or Guard model.

Material
Bell made of lacquered leather, fittings made of brass.
Star-shaped order star made of white metallic silvery material (probably nickel silver) – typical for the Prussian emblem.

Great:
Removable and with ventilation holes → M1895.
Four mounting screws (visible inside).

Chin strap:
Sheet brass scale chain, correct style.

Inside:
Typical team leather lining with tongues – worn, but original.

The cork cages on the right and left are missing.
