Here we are at the heart of the starclimate of Saint-Aubin, one which clearly has nothing to envy the best vintages of Puligny and Chassagne and which, together with the best winegrowers, produces whites of mineral intensity and extraordinary power.

This south-facing cru is located on the edge of the Puligny finage and overlooks, at an altitude of around 300 meters, the famous grands crus, with Montrachet in the lead.

In your glass you can feel this beautiful combination of ripe fruit (pear, peach, a touch of apricot and guava), the freshness of lemon and an intense minerality reminiscent of powder and gun flint. The palate confirms this superb duality: the texture is rich, dense, but still sustained and tense by the expression of the ground, spicy, saline, vibrating on the palate.
