Rare and exclusive mass chalice with a body made of heavy brass, used for serving during the Christmas period.
Depict the typical Nativity scene of Jesus Christ in the stable with the Magi traveling to reach him.
Approximate measurements: 16.5cm height x 11cm mouth diameter - base diameter 8cm - weight approximately 660g.
Estimated period, mid-20th century.
Previously used for serving Mass in church, it bears small signs of use and age that demonstrate its history and enhance its charm; please note it shows small signs and scratches as shown in the photos; please note there are signs of oxidation as in the photos; for more details, please refer to the accompanying photos.
