AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

The rare opportunity to acquire the original complete story of William Vance, the artist who passed away in 2018 and whose greatest successes include 'Bruno Brazil' and 'XIII'. 'Bon Succès, Docteur Flanaghan!' was published in 1963 in issue 753 of the magazine Tintin, based on a script by Yves Duval. The four pages, measuring 50 x 36 cm, are divided into eight half-pages that have been glued together on the back. Remnants of the adhesive strips are present, as well as pencil notes from the publisher and minor signs of aging, but overall the condition is very good. Vance signed the story on the last page in 1962, and later he also signed at the top of the first page. An issue of Tintin 753 accompanies this. The story was reprinted in the first volume of 'Tout Vance'.
