Laurent left the Domaine Ponsot and start it's own negoce haute-courture in 2015.

Laurent Ponsot offers a wide range of red and white wines. In addition to his Bourgogne Rouge and Bourgogne Blanc, he creates Village appellation wines, such as the Saint-Romain and Meursault whites, or the Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambolle-Musigny reds. There are also four white Premiers Crus in the Meursault appellation and four red Premiers Crus, including a Chambolle-Musigny Les Charmes and a Gevrey-Chambertin En Ergot. The Grands Crus include red wines from Griotte Chambertin, Échezeaux, Clos de Vougeot and Chambertin Clos de Bèze. White wines include Montrachet, Corton-Charlemagne and Bâtard-Montrachet.
