Set of 12 Silver-Plated Seafood Picks – “QR” or "RR" Mark – 1930 s

Elegant set of 12 silver-plated seafood or shellfish picks, decorated with a raised lobster motif on each handle.
Each piece is stamped with the maker’s mark “Q R” or RR with a moustache on top and inside a barrel-shaped cartouche.
Likely of French origin, mid-20th century. The mark corresponds to an unidentified silver-plater active in France, but the exact silversmith remains unknown.

These specialized forks were designed for eating lobster, crab, or other shellfish — a refined addition to any seafood service.

Dimensions:

Length: 18.5 cm

Width: 2 cm

Total weight: 545 g

Silver-plated metal.
Each piece bears the maker’s mark

Condition:
Good vintage condition with light surface wear consistent with age and sporadic use. Silver plating remains bright with only minor signs of polishing.
