The collection originates from 13 different postcard sets, some complete and others partially mixed, covering a wide range of themes: Russian and European fine art (including works from the Pushkin Museum, the Hermitage and the State Russian Museum), Soviet-era painters, landscapes, portraits, nature scenes, cultural subjects, and several rarer thematic series such as Africa, India and Italy. The postcards are mostly photographic or high-quality art reproductions, typical of Soviet museum editions of the period. Overall condition is good, with normal signs of age and handling.
