Two English lead crystal wine glasses with a rolled foot and a beautifully placed inverted tear in the stem. The glasses are slightly different from each other. Based on the same glasses depicted in Eighteenth Century Drinking Glasses, An Illustrated Guide, one is from around 1740 and the other from around 1745, making them approximately 280 to 285 years old.
