This image feels like a moment when everything is moving at once – outside as well as inside.
The broad, sweeping brushstrokes seem like traces of something that didn't have time to stop. They rush across the picture as if to say: 'I'm just here for a moment – but I leave something behind.'

The black circle in the middle almost seems like a brief pause, a breath. But it is not perfectly closed either; it bears small irregularities, frays, spots where it loses itself. As if it were admitting: 'I try to hold shape, but the world rushes past me.'

"Throughput" is, in a way, a very human moment. The image not only shows movement but also the feeling of being in the middle of a process – not arriving, but also not stopping. A state that everyone knows: when life takes you along before you're ready, and yet you keep going.

High-quality, light-resistant acrylic paints were used on gallery canvas primed several times in white.
