Jaeger-LeCoultre - Memovox Jumbo - E855 - Men - 1965

Up for auction is this splendid Jaeger LeCoultre Memovox in stainless steel, ref. E855.

This is the desirable steel oversized 37mm version.

Equipped with in-house JLC automatic caliber K825 with alarm function (20 sec).
It has the date in the register at 3 o'clock and central seconds.

Original silver dial in great condition (8.5/10), alarm indication in the center on rotating disc, applied steel / onyx indexes, stick hands.

Unpolished stainless steel case, 3-piece screwed bottom. Dimensions: 37 mm (excluding crowns) x 45 mm (lugs included), in superb condition (9.5/10).

The movement and the case are signed and numbered. The original crowns are signed.

This watch was not heavily worn, is in excellent preserved condition, and in perfect working order, revised and fully checked in Sept. 2024 (see attached invoice). It was delivered with its original box in okay condition (7/10 - the inlay has been replaced) and the original Jaeger LeCoultre pin buckle. The strap is a handmade Italian soft leather lizard strap, almost not used.

They don’t come up often in this condition, so don’t let this one slip away!!
