Description from the seller
Taittinger – Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 1994
Champagne – France – 12% vol – 75 cl
A mature and increasingly scarce vintage of the iconic Blanc de Blancs from Taittinger. Produced exclusively from Chardonnay sourced from Grand Cru vineyards, the 1994 offers true collector appeal. With over 30 years of ageing, it stands today as a refined example of well-preserved, late-disgorged Comtes de Champagne.
Bottle Condition (reported)
• Fill level: Excellent
• Foil/Capsule: Intact, light signs of damage
• Label: Very good, light age-related wear
• Storage: Maintained in temperature-controlled cellar
Tasting Notes (indicative)
Developing bouquet with notes typical of aged Blanc de Blancs: hints of brioche, dried fruit, honeyed citrus and subtle mineral tones. On the palate it can show fine, persistent bubbles, balanced acidity and an elegant, lingering finish.
As with all mature wines, drinkability cannot be assured and is at the buyer’s discretion.
