De Aria AC-8 is a classical Spanish guitar with nylon strings, manufactured by Aria in Japan at the Aria Tatsuno & Aria Nagoya guitar factories.

The number 51.12.4 in the case indicates that the model was built in the 1970s, specifically in 1974. For such an old piece, the guitar still looks very good, with only a few light signs of use.

What history?
In the classical guitar line of Aria made in Japan, there were two series: one sold by Aria Germany, BSA Musikinstrumente GmbH, and another series sold under the name 'Shiro' by Gotthold Meyer. 'Aria' and 'Shiro' are named after Shiro Arai, the founder of Aria Guitars, Arai & Co., Inc. in Japan.
