For sale is a very rare post-incunable, printed on June 11, 1502, in Venice. This work is among the most significant medical manuals of its time and offers a fascinating insight into the medical knowledge of the late Middle Ages.

The book is divided into two parts. The first covers medical theory, including the anatomy and physiology of the human body, as well as the causes and characteristics of various diseases. The second part focuses on practical medicine, with descriptions of treatment methods, instructions for injury care, and recommendations on nutrition, lifestyle, and general health prevention.

Ferrarius de Gradibus was a prominent doctor and scholar of his era, and his work 'Practica noviter correcta' was used over generations. The edition from 1502 presented here is now rarely found on the market.

The spine of the cover is affected by wormholes, otherwise well preserved. Pages 225, 226, 231, and 232 are missing. There are occasional light browning or foxing on the edges, but overall, it is a well-preserved copy.
