Oil painting on canvas "Angel". The author is Ukrainian artist Maria Gordeeva. Maria was born on September 10, 1970, in Kharkiv. From the age of 12, she studied in an art studio, winning the city competition "Nature Through the Eyes of Children" twice. Since 1985, she attended the Art High School in Kharkiv. She started painting oil paintings in 1999, with landscapes being her favorite, though she is also attracted to still lifes. The artist prefers a realistic style in painting but also enjoys working in surrealism. Maria's paintings have been exhibited at solo shows in Ukraine and the United Kingdom, including two exhibitions in Portsmouth at Ortho Space and The Lodge Arte Center. The most recent exhibition featuring her works was held in Dnipro, Ukraine, titled "Art of the Unconquered." The dimensions of the painting are 65×55 cm. The edges are painted, and the artwork is protected with varnish. It comes with a certificate of authenticity. The colors of the painting may vary depending on lighting and monitor settings.
