Work description
This central piece is part of an introspective triptych that explores the human condition through three temporal stages: past, present, and future. Born from an intimate dialogue between model and artist, the work is a visual reinterpretation of the subject's psyche.
In 'Karina's Present,' the artist employs a deliberate composition and a studied color palette to materialize the invisible weight of memory. The figure's posture denotes physical and spiritual paralysis; it is the visual representation of a 'now' that cannot move forward, anchored by the ballast of the past that prevents glimpsing the horizon. A powerful work on stagnation and internal struggle.
About the artist:
Anderson Romero, trained at various workshops of Madrid-based artists such as Antonio Mateos Prieto.
Currently studying graphic design and illustration.
With works mainly in Spain and various parts of the world.
It has participated in various exhibitions in the Madrid community and Castilla-La Mancha.
