Description from the seller

Original poster of the National Lottery, created for the special edition of the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe on October 8, 1950.
Signed by U. Perry, an artist active in the 1940s and 1950s, known for his humorous and elegant compositions.

Printed in Paris by Mirambeau & Cie, a regular printer of the National Lottery's public campaigns immediately after the war.

The scene depicts a jockey on a white horse against a green background, in a very graphic style. The theme of the Arc de Triomphe and horse racing makes it a sought-after poster among hippisme collectors.

Condition: good overall condition for a 1950 poster. Colors still vibrant, soft paper. Signs of original creases (folded storage) and a few small foxing spots / pinholes along the edges, with no paper loss or visible restoration.
