Set of five stained glass panels, circa 1950–1960, made with glass and lead, of European origin.
Description from the seller
Set of five small antique stained glass windows, made in the 1950s/60s, showcasing artisanal craftsmanship typical of post-war European decorative glassworks.
They are made of glass tinted throughout, set in a network of traditional lead.
Each panel displays a colorful geometric composition, with opaque glasses in red, light blue, green, and cream.
The center is adorned with a raised cut glass disc, adding a depth and shine effect characteristic of decorative stained glass from that era.
The set consists of four panels of the same size (21 × 8.5 cm) and a smaller panel (18.5 × 6 cm).
The craftsmanship is meticulous, with solid assembly and original lead soldering. The colors are vivid, and the pieces are well preserved, with minimal signs of use consistent with their age.
Probable origin: Northern Europe / the Netherlands / Belgium, regions known for this type of decorative production in the mid-20th century.
