Jovan Srijemac (born 1962) presents 'Happy years - XXL', an original abstract expressionist acrylic painting on XXL canvas, 105 × 120 cm, created in 2025 in the Netherlands, hand-signed, rolled for shipping without a frame, with a certificate of authenticity and sold directly by the artist.
Description from the seller
Unique abstract painting, large canvas with total dimensions (including extra white borders) of 105 x 120 x 1 cm. The work was painted in 2025. The painting will be shipped rolled, without a stretcher frame. Once mounted on the frame, the canvas size (image) is 95 x 120 x 2 cm.
Attention: For buyers from the Netherlands who wish to pick up the painting themselves, it is possible, upon consultation and for an additional fee, to have the canvas stretched on the stretcher frame.
In this work, I released my deepest emotions, causing bold colors and powerful brushstrokes to intertwine in a dynamic dance. From the chaos, a sense of harmony emerges. This painting evokes a good feeling and relaxation. The work is painted with acrylic paint on XXL canvas. The paint is applied in various layers with a large palette knife and homemade spatulas, expressive and full of dynamism on the canvas. It is varnished and comes with a certificate of authenticity. The dynamism, expression, and freedom of the artist's creative expression are clearly visible.
Original, highly unique abstract expressionist work by Dutch contemporary artist Jovan Srijemac (born 1962). This piece fits well in a modern interior or office space.
Condition is excellent, polished, with a certificate of authenticity.
The chaos of ideas that have arisen in my mind, the inner robbed energy, wants to come out like a volcano, resulting in an explosion and a symphony of colors on the canvas, framed with matter, figures, faces, or an abstract composition.
From the unconscious, often chaotic and explosive application of paint on the canvas, arise initially unplanned figures, objects, portraits, or an abstract composition. Just like the unplanned conception of a child: birth, growth, personality formation, and life. Often conceived unexpectedly, we are born, grow up, and are all framed within our bodies, our frame, but each is unique in its own way.
