Les Maîtres de l'affiche is a French monthly illustrated publication. It was published from December 1895 to November 1900. Its full title is Les Maîtres de l'affiche: a monthly publication containing reproductions of the most beautiful illustrated posters by great artists, both French and foreign, published by L'Imprimerie Chaix, Paris.
The initial idea comes from Jules Chéret, then artistic director of Chaix, a printing company located at 20 rue Bergère in Paris.
Each issue includes four posters reproduced in 29x40 cm format and in chromolithography.
Each drawing includes an authentication dry stamp.
