/// "In this piece, the protagonist moves decisively toward the hidden space revealed by "Virtual Gal" in the companion work, guided by his own VR headset. His forward-reaching gesture seems to challenge the boundary between image and reality, as if answering a silent call. The scene explores that shared perception, with her marking the route and him daring to cross it. Blending baroque drama with quiet technology, he becomes the driving force that completes the diptych."///

● About the Artist:
Original work by Nando López, a digital artist based in Barcelona. Trained in advertising design, he began his career in agencies and design studios before fully transitioning into fashion illustration, collaborating with internationally recognized brands.
● About the Dikhotomy Project:
For the past four years, Dikhotomy has been an ongoing series of digital collages and illustrations where classical art and contemporary culture collide unapologetically. Fragments of art history blend with pop elements, visual irony, and cultural critique to provoke both reflection and amusement.
Each piece is the result of a creative clash between handcrafted digital editing and AI-powered tools (midjourney and recraft) merging the human and the technological. Influenced by pop art and urban art, Dikhotomy is a deliberate parody of the art world and an invitation to view it from a new perspective.
