RETHAU·S explores the visual language of fragmentation, rhythm, and graphic memory. Each piece constructs its own space through cut-outs, overlays, and radical contrasts, generating compositions that evoke architectural structures as well as organic and typographic patterns emerging from within the forms.
The paintings share a common constructive logic: the decomposition of the image into fragments, each in its own tone. The series invites close viewing, to follow the paths formed between lines, layers, and interruptions, revealing a universe of forms that oscillate between order and chaos. This seemingly chaotic rhythm conceals a subtle harmony that invites the viewer to immerse themselves in the repetition, disorder, and persistence of form.


Aleix Albareda is an experienced Spanish painter with national exhibitions. His main focus is the figure and landscape in a world of dreams, achieved through an expressionist style with acrylic paint. His overall artistic vision is full of drama, relevance, and power.
