Selling talk: I have been taking lessons on a Roland electronic drum kit for a year now. It’s fantastic. I then bought this acoustic set so I could also play outside, but it turns out—unexpectedly—that it’s not for me at all. You can set the Roland really quietly, but the acoustic set is naturally very loud. Way too loud for me; I can't get used to it, and I actually don’t dare to sit behind it. Strange but true...
