Description from the seller
MiLo – “Angular Convergence”
A work by Amsterdam-based artist MiLo (1976).
Angular Convergence explores the quiet tension between geometry, balance, and spatial depth.
Bold white shapes intersect and fold across a soft grey field, while a single black line introduces contrast and direction. The result is a composition that feels architectural yet fluid — a play of shifting planes and overlapping perspectives.
The restrained palette emphasises form over gesture, allowing each angled structure to pull the eye inward.
Depending on how it is hung, the work suggests expansion, collapse, or gradual realignment, making orientation an expressive choice for the viewer.
The painting will be rolled up and shipped in a sturdy tube or box, without frame, and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.

About the artist
MiLo (1976) is an Amsterdam-based artist with a background in photography and art studies.
Over the years, he has sold more than 800 original works, now residing in private collections, hotels, restaurants, and offices across Europe, the United States, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
His practice ranges from action-driven abstraction to geometric minimalism and the layered, scratched surfaces he explores today. MiLo investigates the tension between construction and erosion, allowing structures to emerge, dissolve, and reform through process.
Each work forms part of an ongoing exploration of abstraction, memory, and transformation — making MiLo one of the most prolific and recognizable contemporary artists on Catawiki.
