Rare, very large and heavy, handmade Dutch silver miniature in the form of a grandfather clock.

The clock is exceptionally beautiful in shape and very detailed and handcrafted.

The clock is hand-crafted with many nice details such as:
Worked hood with crown, pillars, viewing window in the middle, double curved belly, etc.

What also makes this clock special is the beautiful movement.
Usually the clockwork is engraved on it, but this clock has a very detailed realistic (not really working) clockwork with Roman numerals and two beautiful, cool, gold-plated hands.

There is one more very rare detail that you almost never come across.
Inside the clock hangs a movable pendulum (never seen before.
The pendulum is not visible from the outside (you have to turn it upside down to see the pendulum)

Clock is hallmarked and marked with the Dutch silver hallmarks:
Quality mark Lion = silver content 835/1000 (2nd quality silver)
The Minerva quality mark for the Assurance Office is the head with the letter M = Schoonhoven.
Date letter K = 1970
Master's mark HH of one of the most famous silversmiths in the Netherlands H.Hooijkaas who worked as a silversmith in Schoonhoven.

Is a rare large imposing miniature with a height of 12.4 cm and a width of 4.5 cm.

The clock is also very heavy for a miniature, weighing 104.6 grams (not filled or weighted, so net silver weight).

The whole is in exceptionally nice, intact and complete condition considering its age of 55 years (one minimal small inconspicuous dent on the back of the top edge).
