【Product details】

This Showa-period pair of six-panel folding screens features a rich large-pattern metallic gold ground that creates a warm and elegant backdrop. While traditionally used behind Hina dolls, the versatile size and reflective surface make them suitable for displaying various ornaments, artworks, or seasonal decorations.

The screens fold compactly for easy storage and are framed with decorative metal fittings and deep-blue fabric on the reverse.

They show age-related wear consistent with use, including areas of rubbing on the metallic gold surface, a small tear on the back-corner fabric, and some discolouration on the metal fittings. Good used condition overall. Please refer to the photos for full details.
