Laura Muolo, born in 1975, is a Milanese by birth and a Rimini native by adoption. She has been approaching art as a self-taught artist since 2013. Her initial medium is graphite, with which she immediately seeks to achieve the realism of faces, later exploring other mediums such as pastel and painting.
She participates in various exhibitions across the Italian territory, and her works are part of different private collections around the world. Laura's works are constantly evolving, both in terms of the mixed materials she aims to combine and her style, which can range from classical to contemporary. However, one aspect that unites all her works is the figurative genre.
By nature, a dreamy and melancholic personality tends to express emotions and desires that pass through this very state of mind, viewed through a surreal or symbolic lens.
