Ulysse Nardin's Marine collection - Marine Torpilleur Annual Chronograph Stainless Steel Automatic Men's Wrist Watch, Ref.: 1533-320LE-0A-175. Limited Edition, No. 172 of 300. It combines an annual calendar complication with stopwatch functions.
