Original drawings by Marten Toonder have always been very rare, and that will never change. In 2010, the physical part of Toonder's estate—the original drawings, letters, and similar items that Marten Toonder himself created—was definitively incorporated into the collection of the Letterkundig Museum Leiden and has since been the property of the Dutch state. See the last photo. The chance of original drawings coming onto the market is therefore very slim.
