Winemaking: It contains a small percentage of white varieties, mainly Viura, as at that time some white grapes were planted in the vineyards for family consumption, which were also harvested at harvest time for the winery. Aged in old 225-litre American oak barrels for 5 to 7 years. Continuous racking every 3 months during the first three years in order to avoid having to filter the wine before bottling. Traditional clarification with fresh egg whites. Bottled by hand from the barrel itself.

All bottles are in perfect condition of conservation, more of 30 or 40 years in private Cellar.
