Description from the seller

It is a vase with the stamp of ``Daiming Xuande 大明宣徳''.
This is an auspicious treasure motif.

Treasure motifs are a collection of auspicious items, expressing a celebratory spirit.
Originating from the "eight treasures," one of the Chinese auspicious concepts, they were Japaneseized during the Muromachi period and are imbued with celebratory meaning.
They are used on celebratory kimono such as Shichi-Go-San, mogi, and furisode.
They are imbued with a variety of meanings, from protection from danger with hidden hats and hidden raincoats to wishes for freedom from financial troubles with the use of money-related items such as jewels, magic mallets, money bags, and treasured keys.

There is some wear due to age, but the carving is generally intact.
The auspicious treasure pattern can also be seen. For a vase that is approximately 100 to 150 years old, it is in very good condition.

"Made in the Xuande year of the Great Ming Dynasty" refers to an inscription on a bronze vessel made by imperial decree during the reign of Emperor Xuanzong of the Ming Dynasty (1426-1435), specifically in 1428.
