Venetian Moro – Hand-painted sculptural lamp from the first half of the 19th century
Imposing floor lamp depicting a Venetian Moro, hand-carved and painted with extraordinary mastery. The figure, standing 216 cm tall, wears a sumptuous ceremonial dress in red and gold, with a regal headdress and finely decorated details. The character holds a multi-arm chandelier adorned with crystal pendants, which serves as the lighting body.
Period: the first half of the 19th century
Origin: Italy

Hexagonal lacquered green and gold pedestal base.
