About Alex Bucklee:
Alex is a London-based designer and artist. Originally from Norfolk, Alex moved to East London as a young adult, where he worked as a designer for multiple global brands before embarking on a career as a professional artist. His work blends minimalist and striking graphics drawn from his design background and often uses typography to convey his message. His immaculate screen prints are hand-finished with tools of the Street Art trade such as spray paints and Krink graffiti markers. Bucklee’s art explores contemporary social and personal themes such as loneliness, homophobia, and political apathy. His humorous and graceful work aims to help address societal issues and personal struggles by sparking discussion.

Alex Bucklee is a printmaking artist living in London who produces screen prints with a message. He could easily be considered a subversive artist. Alex is a relatively new artist who draws heavily from traditional graphic design and illustration techniques, combining images and typography in thought-provoking ways.
