Large and magnificent jewelry cabinet from Shanghai in red/burgundy Chinese lacquer, with jade and brass inlays.

Sublime antique jewelry cabinet adorned with numerous jade medallions on the sides and on the two front doors, featuring a very beautiful decoration of finely chiseled brass plates on all the fittings, including the lovely carrying handle.

There is a decorative brass plaque on top with 'double bonheur,' which is a symbol of good omen, featuring traditional motifs of longevity and prosperity.

The doors open to three drawers, one of which has circular compartments.
