Description from the seller

Original Fiorucci - 7 Pinup girls in lingerie, burlesque | Rare poster | 45 x 35 cm | including frame

Printed in Italy, this original Fiorucci poster is a rare piece of the Italian fashion label's vibrant history. Featuring 7 iconic Burlesque pinup girls in a row.
This poster is framed in a metallic frame: 61 x 46 cm.

Founded by Elio Fiorucci in 1967, the now iconic brand first gained fame in the 1970s with a new boutique in New York’s East Midtown. Inspired by the Studio 54 club scene, Fiorucci created a party-like atmosphere in the store that attracted everyone from Madonna to Debbie Harry, Keith Haring, and Andy Warhol.

The store was the go-to place for fluorescent jumpsuits, parachute pants, high-heeled sneakers, and Italian disco clothes. A merging of art, culture, and fashion in the disco era, Fiorucci was famously referenced in Sister Sledge's 'He's The Greatest Dancer' and featured Divine in its provocative advertising campaigns.
