A beautiful qalamdan from late Qajar period (1900s). 21 cm in length.

The decoration on top is classic minakari with blue ground, dense floral & vine patterns, gold outlining, polychrome dots (green, red, white). This is typically Isfahan-style enamel, often early 1900s.
