Beautiful oil painting on canvas by the Belgian artist Karel van Belle in excellent condition, see photos. He was trained at the academy in Ghent. He preferred to paint refined, stylized representations featuring female figures that often have the character of a wondrous dream image—Madonnas, young girls, dancers, Spanish beauties dressed in dresses with wide skirts. The painting is signed by the artist and also bears the date 1941 next to the signature. It is housed in a beautiful solid gold frame, well packed and shipped insured with a track and trace code, or you can pick it up from my home.
