ROMERA ULLOA , A very special wine, from a series of 3500 bottles of Reserva 2012 DO Rioja, made in French oak foudres and aged in French oak for 3 years to go into the foudre again until the day of bottling.
The varieties are mainly Tempranillo, with Mazuelo, Graciano and Garnacha.
They come from vineyards at the foot of the Sierra de Cantabria, on a slope, from vines that are more than 30 years old. Very low production of 2500 kg per hectare, which favors the concentration of the wine.
wine with a lot of color, with a high alcohol content, a well-assembled aroma of the French oak and the aroma of the variety, and a powerful entry into the mouth.
