Two very nice reprints of the first stories by Willy Vandersteen, RV 3 and 4, published by Standaard Uitgeverij in 1953 and 1960, softcover, in very good condition.
Description from the seller
Two very beautiful reprints of the first stories, which are very difficult to obtain in their first edition.
Sprietatoom: reprint from 1953.
Nice covers mainly with some creases/creases along the spine. The top left of the front cover has a written number. Faint brown stain near the sky of the farms in the background. Very nice spine with some surface wear. No major remarks on the back cover. Inside in very good condition. Slight gap between the book block and the staples on the spine.
Koning drinks: reprint from 1960
Beautiful covers mainly with some wrinkles/creases from the back. Bottom left corner on the front cover has an almost invisible and unnecessary small piece of tape. Very nice spine with light superficial scuffing.
Interior work is very beautiful. On p24, a bit of pencil. Close-up photo. The center spread is unobtrusive, reattached with a glue spot.
Half-removed name on the title page and opening between the top staple and the book block/case.
