Lovely and excellent overall Baume & Mercier Geneve Ref. 6102.099 Moonphase & Date wrist chronograph, from my personal collection, working perfectly EXCEPT chrono hour counter (read Condition section below).
Beautiful all unrestored dial and case.
Vintage from 1980's.
32,3mm case diametre (without crown or pushers).
Lugs 18mm internal width.
Case reference 6102.099, serial number 1693610 (engraved on case back cover outside).
Hand winding mechanical movement Lemania 1883, 17 jewels, Swiss - engraved BAUME&MERCIER Cal. BM 12883 on the main bridge, machine SN 4416168.
All brushed/shiny stainless steel case+back with solid gold (probably 18K) stepped bezel in Three pieces.
Back cover extensively engraved outside and inside brand Logo and: model; serial number; etc. (see pictures).
White dial background with sub dials surrounded in gold and black scale, tachymetre and other engravings.
Roman numerals.
Black hands.
Gold/SS cabochon original crown.
Low domed acrylic crystal (probably the original one).
Snap-on case back.
NO water resistance (not to be submerged in water or water sports).
Swiss Made.
New aftermarket genuine Crocodile leather band with stitching with generic stainless steel buckle.
Band is 18mm wide at lugs and 16mm at buckle side.
Band is aprox. 74+116 mm total length (leather strap/without buckle). Easily adjustable to fit every man's wrist size.
Offering e second band as an alternative - used genuine Crocodile leather band with gold plated buckle.
No case or instructions supplied, sorry.
All original (except band/buckle) and authentic.

CONDITION:
MOVEMENT - running perfectly and all functions working EXCEPT the chrono hour counter rarely moves and when it does it's only a small angle. Machine is very clean, no oxidation and no flaws. The ticking and balance movement is very strong and the accuracy is very good - the daily difference is about 20 sec. and consistent. Seems oiled and never to have been disassembled - has no tools marks on it. The chrono push buttons are smooth and operate the chrono easily, also the reset is easily performed by the push of the lower button with all the chrono hands returning to Zero with precison and accuracy. All chrono hands, when resting in the stop reset position, point correctly to the Zero markers.
DIAL - original unrestored in mint condition with no marks, no yellowing or darkening and no oxidation spots. No scratches, no cracks, no deformations, no pitting, no flaws at all. No fading or wear to the letters, scales and markings (see pictures). All markings are intact.
HANDS - All hands are original and have no flaws, no bends and no deformations. No oxidations, no scratches. No paint or plating wear.
CASE - no obvious wear besides insignificant micro marks here and there, no obvious scratches. No scuffs, nicks or cracks. Case has no deformations, all the edges are nice and crisp. No damaged corners.
WINDING CROWN - original and mint, no wear, scratches or scuffs. Edges very crisp. Setting the hour perfectly.
CHRONO PUSHERS - original and mint, no wear, scratches or scuffs. Actuating very smoothly.
BACK COVER - stainless steel marked inside and outside, as pictured. Finish is original brused/polished. Slight wear and micro scratches outside, but fully readable engravings out and inside. Cover has no deformations and no scratches from opening tools. No dents, nicks, dings or scuffs. No oxidation. Snaps easily and locks firmly.
CRYSTAL - acrylic and polished, probably original - no scratches, no cracks or chips.
BAND (installed one) - as new, mint unused, very nice. Very soft touch and flexible. No wear and no flaws.
BUCKLE - same as band.
All perfectly clean !
