Seller did not clearly disclose that it was a 2nd choice quality item. The cross marks are almost invisible on the photo, a better close-up should have been provided and a note in the description.


Two photos were attached regarding the notification. One is a very close-up image clearly showing the "X" mentioned by the customer. The product is not of second-grade quality and has no defects. The "X" was marked on it because it was originally intended as an employee gift, and such items are labeled this way—not due to any quality issue.

Nevertheless, we understand the customer's request for a more detailed description. It is very important to us that no customer feels dissatisfied, which is why we would have appreciated it if the complaint had been addressed to us directly. Unfortunately, this did not happen, so we were not given the opportunity to offer a solution that might have met their expectations.

We are sorry to hear of their disappointment and remain open to resolving the issue.

Unique Objects

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.


Double bid

It may appear that the same bid has been placed by two different bidders. This can occur if someone places a bid in another currency which is then rounded to the same amount as the previous bid in %{local_currency}.
