These tips that you will read are certainly not meant to offend you, however, it is always better to first check that the two jacks are inserted into the phono input of the amplifier and that the switch is obviously on phono. The shell must be inserted well and locked on the arm and the stylus has a protection that must be lifted. Then, removing the plate, look if there are any loose wires underneath. If everything is fine and the sound still isn't heard, you can do two things: take the turntable to a technician to have him take a look at it at my expense, with a quote, or send me back the turntable packaged as you received it, always at my expense. I checked the turntable before it left and everything was working fine, I'm really sorry.
