De koper meldde een defect dat al in de beschrijving stond vermeld. Ik heb hem beleefd de keuze gegeven: behouden en betalen, of terugsturen op mijn kosten. Ondanks herhaalde pogingen tot oplossing ontving ik geen duidelijke reactie, maar wel een beledigend bericht.

Uiteindelijk is de zaak correct afgehandeld en is de betaling teruggestort.

Opmerkelijk detail: de koper kocht kort daarna een tuner voor €1 op Catawiki, wat de ernst van zijn klacht in perspectief plaatst.

Geen fijne ervaring, maar ik heb mijn verantwoordelijkheid genomen en professioneel gehandeld.
