non risponde al vero che io non abbia risposto alle e.mail. Precisamente ne ho inviate 2 all'excmo.sr d. Toledo Navarro spiegando i motivi della mancata spedizione del lotto, dando nel contempo le mia disponibilità. E' accaduto semplicemente che ignoravo che Catawiki aveva automaticamente rimesso in asta il lotto che un primo momento era andata deserta. Me ne sono accorto a tempo scaduto. Non è vero che Catawiki mi ha cancellato, infatti alo momento ho 3 lotti in asta. Catawiki ha semplicemente cancellato il lotto per il quale la transazione non fu portata a termine, e di conseguenza ha restituito la somma versata, che ovviamente non ho percepito. Toledo Navarro non ha voluto riconoscere la mia buona fede, riconosciutami da Catawiki. Tengo a precisare che non sono per nulla "terribile", cioè spaventoso, orribile, terrificante. Nulla di tutto ciò.
