L’affiche a été emballée dans dans une grande boîte . Ce qui pas judicieux du tout ! Un tube aurait été préférable . Les bords sont abîmés . Je suis très déçu et mécontent

Les objets fragiles très légers sont souvent hélas manipulés par la poste sans précaution, malgré le fait d'avoir rembourré l'intérieur de l'offset avec du papier bulle, en utilisant un grand carton, le papier bulle est rentré dans l'offset et le carton a abimé les bords.
Dorénavant je collerai un avertissement sur la boîte et j'essaierai de fixer l'offset au centre du carton, ainsi que le papier bulle.
Je prends en compte mon prix de revient de 20€ et la commande d'un tube adapté à 5€+livraison. et je ne peux pas avoir des tubes de toutes les dimensions en stock.
Sur 464 objets vendus vous êtes mon 2ème avis négatif, ce sont des choses qui peuvent arriver malgré les précautions….. 
Je vous conseille l'usage d'un passe partout qui cacheront les bords.

Bel objet, super emballage bien blindé. mais cela n'a pas suffit, la figurine Tintin est arrivée cassée au deux jambes.... Heureusement pas trop grave...  mais c'est très dommage. 

Bonjour, j'ai pourtant pris le plus grand soin à l'emballer, comme vous avez pu le voir! Ma dernière statuette vendue est arrivée cassée : le break yoko tsuno et était à livrer à 15 km, ce n'était qu'une partie endommagé en l'occurrence le porte-bagage, mais bon, il n'y a pas de raison à ce que Bpost n'offre pas une compensation, puisque le colis était assuré. Je vais vous adresser un mail, pour que vous puissiez facilement m'envoyer quelques photos....
