The item did not match what was shown in the photo. The seller says that a mistake is always possible, but I do not agree with that. I would not have bid on this itemI have been scammed by fake seller

The title of the lot, the detailed description, the 30 photos of the individual invitation cards, everything was correct. Unfortunately, an image that belonged to an older lot slipped into the ad and may have confused you. But it also seems clear to us that there was no intention on our part to mislead the bidders.
The lot was and still is absolutely valid and substantial, so there was no need to resort to any kind of subterfuge.
We take full responsibility for the error and are prepared to have the order cancelled and your money refunded. 
While we regret your negative review, as well as the comments you made in our email exchanges, we understand your partial dissatisfaction and are as sorry for this error as you are.  Nevertheless, we would like to point out that the lot matches absolutely with the given description.

Unique Objects

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.


Double bid

It may appear that the same bid has been placed by two different bidders. This can occur if someone places a bid in another currency which is then rounded to the same amount as the previous bid in %{local_currency}.
